East Prairie Farms is a small, veteran-owned hop farm located in Collins, NY. 2013 marked our first year of commercial production on approximately 1/3 acre. Since then, we have focused on slow growth (while we perfect our "craft"), delivering quality hop products and personal service. Today, we have approximately 2/3 acres planted with Cascade, Willamette, Newport, and Nugget hops with additional

expansion planned in the near future. We are eager to develop long term relationships with craft brewers of all sizes.
