Fancy and E are all tucked in for the night, so off to bed in our living stall. We'll have to show the inside of that to you all tomorrow! Gonna get up early and take these two to the outside practice arena. Hoping to be able to turn E loose for a little while to run and jump. Because he was a bit of an ornery stinker tonight and he needs to burn off some energy. 🤞

Busy day today, educating people about Shires. We easily had 2,000 people down our row. Once the evening show gets done with the driving classes, we still need to give Fancy and Emertius baths for halter classes tomorrow.

Good Morning from the National Show! We are up with the hardworking trash collectors and one very dedicated pig walker (zoom in, you'll see it!) We got Fancy and E settled last night and our living stall arranged, otherwise have lots of setup still left.

Finally arrived at the Iowa State Fair, yippie!!! Downside, arrived at 7 pm....prime fair time, haha. Thank goodness for the amazing livestock control agents parting the seas of bodies!! 🤣

Three hour into the trip, catastrophic truck break down blew the oil pump, scrambled for a truck and FINALLY back on the road. But Fancy and E had several hours of green grass and pampering, they're the only ones having a good trip.
