Hi Folks,
Our pb steer is going to the processor tomorrow. We have a half, or 3 mixed quarters available. He is going to Bluebonnet Meat Company in Trenton, TX. This is how it should work: a quarter will be between 100 - 175 lbs. Half: 200 - 300 lbs. It will be priced per pound based on hanging weight (weight after slaughter once head, feet, blood, hide and internal organs are removed). I will need an immediate deposit (Paypal) to hold the meat, and then final price will be determined by hanging weight. The price is $10/lb. It will be hung a minimum of 10 days. Hello Wagyu People. Help me out. I am losing about half of my pasture. So I am having a fire sale. I have 3 steers ready to be fed out (one, the largest) just needs another month or two). Hello and good morning. We are a small FB and F1 breeders of Wagyu. We cross our FB bulls with FB cows, some angus, And a few outliers. One is a Jersey cow. I wanted to see if the milk made a difference. Another out of a Wagyu/Longhorn cross. Both born in April 2020. Lookout google so far! I’ll post photos of the babies soon.
We are north of the DFW metroplex, about 20 miles south of the Willis Bridge.
I’m selling the two brothers. The young one born 4/22/2020. Older about 4. He is the sire of the yearlings/babies. All are kind, gentle. Younger bull. On feed for 2+ months. Heifer out of Wagyu/Longhorn cross. Bull calf out of jersey cow.
