Good morning! Where have we been, you ask! Well, around the world and back again🌎. This has been an eventful time here on the farm. We have had more storm damage issues( those old trees are making plenty of noise ). Extended family health issues, that we assisted in, restructuring the dynamics of the farm as we are realizing we will not live forever and need to scale back a bit. If you pass the farm you will see noticeable changes. Soon, there will be a new structure on the south area. This will be our new headquarters, and the site of our new market, if all goes according to plan. Thank you for checking in with us, I know our page got hi- jacked, but I think that has been taken care of . We will keep posted periodically as to our progress. Our target date for reopening will be later this summer, if everything goes according to plan. We will still be here for porch pick up on certain market items, just send a request . See you soon!!!

Happy Monday morning from R&C farmstead! We have been pretty quiet, but very busy behind the scenes. Lots of clearing out, cleaning, reorganizing for the new year. Lots of happenings with extended family members and acquaintances. Many inquiries as to when we will reopen for the spring. As we have a couple of big projects in the works, it will be a little later in the spring. We will post the exact date as we get closer. We are gearing up to wind down for the season🎄! Our holiday market will be open one more day , Saturday , from 12:00 noon until 4:00 pm. We had a great time at the Collinsville Christmas market, met lots of new friends. We have hustled to restock a selection of last minute stocking stuffers , secret Santa goodies, special treats for those special someone’s . Come for a visit, let us know if you have a special request before Christmas. See you soon!!!

As usual, we are flying by the seat of our pants 👖! After a great opening with our holiday market, we are going to shake it up a bit! Instead of Wednesday and Friday opening at the farm, we are going to venture forth to the Collinsville Holiday market, located on the square, from 3:00 -7:00 pm Thursday, December 18. Come out and support the local vendors and enjoy sharing the holiday spirit with the townsfolk. Hopefully visions of sugar plums are dancing in your heads and you need some english toffee, or peppermint bark, or a chocolate caramel apple to treat someones sweet tooth. We will have some of those holiday favorites and more available for your last minute stocking stuffers, neighborhood gifts, friend exchange, or just stop by to say hi, and meet Charlotte, a talented crafter that has an abundance of fun, unique, one of a kind gifts. Our last and only day this year the farmstead market will be open is Saturday December 20 from 12:00 noon until 4 pm. We will have some last minute items for anyone or everyone on your list. Christmas, Christmas time is near, time for joy and time for cheer!!! Here at the farm kitchen we are busy preparing for our holiday market. As we shuffle family events, celebrations of the season, sharing our favorite Christmas preparations with our market friends, our open dates will be as follows. We will reopen with all of our Christmas goodies on Friday December 12 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm and Saturday December 13 from noon until 4:00 pm. Wednesday December 17, from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm Friday December 19, from 12:00 noon until 2 pm and Saturday December 20 . From 12:00 noon until 4:00 pm. Dates and times will be posted again. Let us help you with your sharing and gift giving with one of a kind gift baskets, homemade treats and sweets, stocking stuffers, teachers gifts, secret Santa ideas, a little something for friends, neighbors, a housewarming gesture. As the holidays are just around the corner, the farm kitchen is preparing to create all of the tasty sweets and treats we are known for at this time of the year! As is our tradition we will be closed Thanksgiving weekend, but will be open the Wednesday before november 26 for pie pickup from 12:00 noon until 4. Our market will be open this Saturday, November 22 from 12:00 noon until 4pm for any pre Thanksgiving needs. We will be open saturday December 6 with our Christmas market. Offering gift items, stocking stuffers, one of a kind specialties for your sharing . More info will be posted as time goes on. The farm kitchen is a buzz with preparations for market day. We will have an assortment of grab and go meals, hearty soups, the spaghetti is tasty, the loaded cheezy potato soup will hit the spot. Dont forget the mexican corn. There will be an assortment of baked goods and more. Come for a visit, we have all of your remedies for the cold and flu season, prepare your arsenal, now. Our tallow products are restocked, perfect for the approaching winter weather. You must try our strawberry rhubarb preserves, ( a shout out to a dear neighbors bountiful rhubarb crop), they are divine. Our market hours Saturday from noon until 4.
