We have one custom butchering appointment on February 17. We may be able to get one more if we need too. The meat will hang and dry age for approximately 2 weeks. The meat should be ready the first week or so of March. Let me know if you would like it.

Just think about grilling this summer with a fresh steak that you know where it came from. We are local in Collinsville. The cattle are grain finished with plenty of hay and grass to graze on.

We will have custom half or whole beefs ready starting next month. They will be $2.75 a pound per hanging weight and you pay the processing. We require a $100 deposit to reserve your spot. Let me know if you have any questions.

We will be completely restocked next week! Just turned in the cuts for our beef we have in now! Keep an eye out for the updated product list.

We are now taking orders for 1/2 and whole beefs. These will be ready in mid to late August. It’s $2.75 per hanging weight plus you pay processing. Hanging weight is about 65% of the live weight of the calf. We usually butcher when they are around 1,000 lbs. We require a $100 deposit to hold your appt and we take Venmo or PayPal.
