1 lb meat of choice cubed.
4 medium carrots sliced
optional green onions
2 tblsp minced garlic
1 cup broth of choice
1 tablespoon ginger
3 tblsp cornstarch
3 tblsp water 1 9 ounce package frozen veg of choice
(snap peas work great
3 cups cooked rice

In the slow cooker place your your vegetables green onions garlic In a small bowl combine the broth the ginger and add to the slow cook cover on a high setting for 5 hours in a small bowl stir together the cornstarch and water stir into the mixture Cover and cook on a high setting for 20 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly thickened stirring serve over rice

Sausage and cheese breakfast bombs

Separate layers of thawed, canned, or raw frozen biscuits.

Fill: Place a mixture of cooked sausage, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese inside a biscuit layer, then pinch it shut into a ball
Cook: Air fry at 325°F for 8 minutes or until golden.

Here's a fun one for Friday! What would you change about this recipe?

3ggs, 2/3 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 6 slices of bread, 2-3 cups crushed Cap'n Crunch.

Instructions: Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a shallow bowl. Place crushed cereal in another bowl. Dip bread in the egg mixture, then coat with crushed cereal. Pan-fry in butter over medium heat until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Crispy Tuna Patties:

4 ingredients! Serves 4-6

1 pound red potatoes
6 chicken thighs
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil

Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix oil and Seasoning in a large bowl. Add chicken and potatoes; toss to coat well.
Place chicken and potatoes in a single layer on a foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender, turning potatoes occasionally.
