Hello, loyal friends & customers!

I've been a bit embarrassed to admit it, but my sourdough starter took a turn over the summer. Suffice it to say that high heat & neglect will do strange things to fermented flour & water in a jar. 💀

I have been keeping busy in other areas and haven't had the time or energy to start over, until now. All you bread heads will be happy to know that the ingredients for Vol-dough-mort 2.0 are mixed and waiting for the natural yeasts to make it rise to power again! It'll be a while before its ready for good bread, but I will update y'all when we get there.

At this time I won't be jumping back into farmers markets or putting together the elaborate gift boxes, but I will do a limited number of pre-orders once a month, as soon as the starter is good and strong.
