Woodlake’s Maker’s Market, Tuesday, June 30
from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Make plans to come to the 3-tier parking lot, across from the AFC, on Tuesday to shop and get some tasty, fresh, in-season fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers and plants. We have a lot of new venders this week, so come check them out!
Vendors at this Tuesday's Market are:
Lopez Farms - They bring produce in-season at great prices. They also have plants, herbs, and flowers to purchase, including hanging baskets, and they sell other seasonal items from time to time like honey!
The Chocolate Bulldogs - They sell Dubai style chocolate bars with a variety of fillings, including Dubai pistachio, cookie butter kataifi, and peanut butter kataifi. I also make shiny, encased s'mores squares, my version of several popular Girl Scout cookies, chocolate dipped Oreo cookies (with a variety of possible fillings), and double rod chocolate covered pretzel with delicious toppings. I have several kinds of sweet, salty, and loaded drizzled popcorn options as well.
Squad Williams Foundation - youth will sell hand made jewelry, host a bead bar where children and adults can come and make their own bracelets and necklaces. Will also sell fresh herbs.
Jim Waggoner Photos - Jim has been a Woodlake resident for many, many years. He is a photographer that mainly takes pictures of Woodlake wildlife and natural beauty. Make sure you stop by his booth each week, as there is always something new to purchase. He carries note cards, dry mounted prints, framed prints, calendars, Woodlake and Richmond books he has authored with his own photos. Jim gets photos mounted on new vessels all the time and takes requests for larger prints, mounting and framing, for all his pictures. If you live in Woodlake and do not have at least one of his photos, then you need to get to the market!
Quailroad Crossing - Offering freshly baked Artisan breads, cookies, seasonal desserts, and fresh quail eggs. See our full menu on our Instagram and our page! Pre-orders are accepted, call or text 315-292-8487. She has homemade everything. Raisin bread, fudge, cookies and more! She gives samples, too. Try before you buy!
Esty's Sweet Things - Packaged baked goods, cakes, cookies and breads. She had a booth at The Painted Tree for the past several years. Her desserts are not only lovely to look at, but tasty too. Come support Esty.
Mr. Mark's Treasures - 3D printed items like toys & useful household items, crafts (can do custom work just ask). Hand crocheted animals, fidget toys, purses & other specialty items. Custom made attic pull down door insulator (keeps heat/cold out.) Homemade pound cake by the slice. They have something for everyone!
MadLand Creates - I provide custom laser engraved wooden decor, custom handmade candles and jars, hand-knitted oversized blankets, custom lasered and ink infused tumblers of different types, business signs and swag, and bulk items. This year his wife is making huge crochet blankets in many different colors and sizes. You can even special order one too. He has lots of quality items and gifts. Mother’s Day is just around the corner, so go shopping!
Bee Hooked - Offers unique homemade crochet plushies and collectibles for all age ranges. Perfect gifts.
Garden of Crafts by Jinhua - She makes crochet items, handmade accessories, décor, and small gift items. She also makes doll clothes, self-designed, and hand-sewn outfits for various doll sizes. And she makes jewelry, hand-made or hand-assembled, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings using commercially purchased components.
Walnut Hill Farm Produce Canned Goods - We provide canned goods including a variety of jams, jellies, pickles. Also, a variety of canned goods including green beans, tomatoes, beets, applesauce, & 3-bean salad. She has samples for anyone who has not tried her yummy things. Come have a taste, you will not be disappointed.
Neighborhood Flags - He sells seasonal flags for your home as well as holiday flags, and college and pro team. He also sells garden items and key chains. Really cool stuff and get it initialed too!
Diane Drummond Pine Needle Baskets - I design and create pine needle baskets using North Carolina long needle pine and center semi-precious stones set in resin that I also make. Some baskets have wooden centers made by my son and ceramic centers made by a girlfriend and VA artist. I teach basket classes and also have kits available that come with videos that I produce.
