HAPPY MONDAY! Coming at you bright and early with ✨Contractor Corner✨
I got to visit Shawn on one of his job sites this week. He was out making sure the house was completely finished before handing it over to the new owners. Most of the homes Shawn builds are out in the country east of the Springs, and he’s really good at what he does. He finds the land, puts in the well, and builds solid, honest houses for regular families. His homes aren’t cheap, but they aren’t over the top either — just good homes that let people live out in the country without paying a fortune for it.Shawn is one of those builders who does things right, even when it costs him. Better foundations. Better insulation than required. One time, a well came up dry, and he paid to drill it again so the buyer never had to worry about it.When I asked him what the best part of his job was, he told me it’s closing day — handing the keys to a family that’s going to love the place.
He’s not out here calling himself the best builder around. He just wants people to feel taken care of.I’m grateful for guys who do good work and let it speak for itself.
Meet Shawn at Home Run Restorations. 👊
