I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Kyle for about five years. He grew up in construction and started Southern Mesa here in Colorado Springs, wanting to build something more than a company that does decks and remodels. Kyle’s building a company on trust, in an industry that too often runs on fear. That conviction costs him. He’s walked away from jobs on principle. Once he even returned a deposit check the next morning, because sleeping on it didn’t sit right. Today his crew is growing into leaders, and clients who’d been burned before are learning to trust the trades again.
