Halloween is just a few weeks away and we've got some special receipes for treats (no tricks!) lined up for your little monsters! Catch our chefs doing FREE hands-on demos during the Cool Science Carnival Day at UCCS next Saturday, Oct. 3 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Then on Oct. 17, Chef Amy McCombs is hosting two holiday-themed kids' baking classes: Boo-tiful Cupcakes (ages 4-12 with a parent) and Ghoulishly Gooey Lava Cakes & Caramel Apples (drop-off for ages 7-14). That's a wrap on Summer Camp Season 2026! 💛 A huge THANK YOU to everyone who cooked, baked, spilled a little flour and made us laugh in the kitchen this summer! Not to mention all the parents who got them here week after week. Camps like these only work because of you! We were honored to welcome the 2026 Colorado Springs Debutantes class for a special hands-on baking and decorating event called Cupcakes for a Cause, led by Chef Emily Capard! Special thanks to the Huebner, Marsh and Harden families for hosting.

After putting their culinary creativity to work, these young ladies delivered gourmet cupcakes to the firefighter heroes at Colorado Springs Fire Station 4—a thoughtful and delicious way to give back to our community!
