BUT sometimes my homepage has pretty content layouts and I have to say I'm particularly pleased by this photo I took at Frasca, where the back bar can be seen in fisheye through my wine glass, which has an alluring, blushing vortex pattern in it.
Just thought I'd share my moment of zen, a timeout for aesthetic beauty appreciation.

Stoney's Bar & Grill soft opened today in Downtown Colorado Springs (in the old Oskar Blues space) and plans a full open on Sept 1.
I met co-owners Stoney Jesseph & Will Trautman and some of their team today as we enjoyed a burger, nachos, cheese curds and some drinks.
I’ll have a writeup in next week’s Side Dish with Schniper newsletter with more info on the 16-year-old, Denver-based sports bar.

Brewer Darren Baze & crew made their Palisade Peach 🍑 Kettle Sour the firkin’s base beer — to which we added mint, lemon balm, lavender, honeysuckle and black currant from my backyard urban garden.
We can’t wait to open the firkin and share it with you!
