Happy Monday, last day in August! Congratulations to mug club member number 23, you are this week’s winner of the free specialty dinner Tuesday night. Lots of great events coming up for September, and here is just a peak of what’s coming up:

Every Monday from 6-8pm is game night with COSMO | Colorado Springs Events ! Featuring all kinds of board and card games.
Every Tuesday we now have a live podcast called Wackadoo Unhinged from 4-4:45 recorded in the taproom.
Also from 5-8pm:
Specialty dinner night in the taproom, your meal plus dessert $12!
Dungeons and dragons adventures with full campaign. Come and go as you please, new player? We jump you right in!
Every Wednesday from 4-8pm is Warhammer Wednesday. Bring your army, fight for glory, and have fun!
Thursday night is Chess club from 6-9pm with Balanced Rook Chess Club Think you have game? Come out and try to check mate one of these folks!
Friday is Motorcycle Night! Ride in from 5-8 and get half off your first pint!

It’s Sunday and we just went and picked a whole truck bed full of fresh hops from our friend Mike’s house right here in town! That means it’s time to make Renee’s Palisade fall ale again, we will be brewing that on Wednesday. 100% Colorado grown ingredients, grains from aurora, hops here in the springs, palisade peaches, and the yeast from BSI Yeast . Today the whole family is brewing the ozark amber and Corey is working the bar for the Trails and Ales event this morning from 11am to 4pm hosted by midnightoverland . Come out and enjoy the day and show off your Rigs. Bodacious Racing motorsports also brought there toy in to show off as well 😉.

Release party today with Colorado Warriors Hockey ! New on tap, our Puck Luck golden lager with the crew from Colorado Warriors hockey team. Come out and hang out with the team from 11am to 4pm today and try out the lager we brewed for them. Fifty cents of every pint donated directly to their nonprofit! Renee will be working the bar this morning and then Steve takes over for the night.

Happy Thursday! So glad to have Balanced Rook Chess Club back in the house tonight after a week off. Every Thursday night from 6-9pm it’s a full chess takeover in the taproom with all skill levels welcome. Whether it’s your first time or a master level player there is a table for you!
Friday night is motorcycle night from 5-8pm with half off your first pint
Saturday is our release party for the Puck Luck Lager from 11am to 4pm with .50 of every pint sold donated to the Colorado Warriors Hockey team. Come out and meet the incredible folks that make it all happen!
Sunday is our monthly Trails and Ales event with a some cool cars thrown in the mix this month hosted by midnightoverland from 11am to 4pm. Get out and enjoy the weather this weekend, stop in and see all the fun groups we have here, and say hi to the staff taking care of you.

Take a good look, by Friday we are swapping out 3 beers for some delicious new ones! Also our new grain shipment will be here tomorrow and we will get started brewing our fall line up which includes our Hefeweizen, Dunkle; sunflower Belgian Tripel, Czech pilsner, and award winning Palisade peach fall all with all locally grown ingredients!

First chili has arrived, hibiscus IPA is back on tap, and today is the chili cook off! From 1-4pm today come in and taste/vote for your favorite. Have a chili to enter? Please have it here by 1pm, winning chili gets a $50 gift card to the brewery. Donations welcome and all money from the event is going to the Aspen fire relief.

Last night was absolutely amazing, thank you to all the different chamber of commerce from around the county for coming in! Met so many amazing folks and honored to be able to give a quick speech about the brewery and our mission here. We have a great weekend lined up starting off with tonight. Motorcycle night from 5-8pm ride in and get half off your first pint.
Saturday Bots, Brews, and BBQ event from 2-5pm with $2 hotdogs. Come witness all the fun and action of small scale combat robots featuring 150 gram and 1lb bots. (We are looking for a sponsor or two to help us build an even bigger arena to start hosting 3lb combat robots!)

Sunday is our annual chili cook off with a $50 gift card to the best chili. We will be handing out score cards to everyone that wants to try all the chili entries. All proceeds will be donated to help those impacted by the aspen fire.

Just a heads up, chess club is canceled for this Thursday. It will pick right back up next week.

Happy Wednesday! Your half way through the week! It’s Warhammer 40K time. We have a doubles game going on early today and then all evening long tables are open to anyone who wants to come out and play.
