We couldn’t wait to share the new batch of one of our staples. 291 Bad Guy Bourbon hits the shelves Friday, October 16!

Come taste it and celebrate with us. The ever-talented Shawn Hess and Joe Johnson will be playing the tasting room. Fernanda’s Sabor Latino food truck will be here from 5-8pm.

Kick off the fall weather with us as we ring in this new batch the only way we know how.

Cheers to 15 years. 🥂🔥

We partied. We poured. We may have overserved ourselves on the 291 infused chocolate truffles.

Fifteen years ago today, Michael Myers pulled the first drops of 291 wh***ey from a still he built himself.

The date was intentional.

Michael was living in lower Manhattan on September 11, 2001. Ten years later, on September 11, 2011, he chose to turn a date that carried so much weight into the beginning of something new.

He built that first still from copper photogravure plates from his former life as a photographer. Fifteen years later, every drop of 291 still passes through it.

What started with an artist, a handmade still and an inspiring vision has become an award-winning Colorado wh***ey and a community of people who believed in it along the way.

That’s the best part of the 291 story.

It’s about reinvention. Resilience. Relationships. And having the courage to build something meaningful from what life gives you.

15 years. What a hell of a story.
