Colorado Green Chili is the only Trademarked original Colorado Chili. In production since 1997, we grow and roast our Pueblo chilis from farm to jar. We start with the best Colorado grown Green chili peppers purchased direct form Local Colorado's Farmers. Our peppers are then custom roasted on the farm to ensure the full flavor of the chili is reached. Each hand crafted batch of Colorado Green Chili is vegan, gluten free and made with NON-GMO verified ingredients
