Brewing up a stout soon. Has anybody had success with different methods of adding coffee to a stout? Has anyone tried adding cold brew coffee? What about grain selection?

Brown ale. So good, nutty and caramely. The brown ale aged on toasted coconut is truly amazing! Cheers!

Brew day! Mother Nature is finally giving us a little bit of a break. Instead of doing another wild ale, we are doing a coconut brown that can ready to drink in a month. Kind of excited to do a "normal" beer for the fist time in a long time.

Brewing up 20 gallons of a golden ale and splitting it up into 4 fermenters to experiment with different yeast. Using Bugfarm, TYB Sour Farmhouse, Almagamation Super Brett Blend and Lochristi Brett Blend. Pretty excited to see what differences will be between them all.

Kicked off the nice weekend by brewing up a stout. We still have yet to have a flawless brew day, but what fun would that be to not have any challenges? 1.065 is the OG and we split into 2 fermenters. Still deciding what to do with one of them. Either way, brew season has begun
