Ingredients:
Olive Oil
Garlic (chopped)
Onions (sliced)
Tomatoes (small cubes)
Black Soy Bean
Ampalaya (sliced)
Soy Meat (soaked in warm water, drained, and cut into bite size)
Paprika
Salt

Saute ingredients in olive oil according to the order in the list. Adjust salt to taste.

I am excited to begin sharing my plant-based recipes. While I am not a registered dietitian, my background in food service during college, along with years of studying nutrition and diet through books and research, has shaped my approach to healthy cooking. My passion for food also comes from my father, who was a professional cook and instilled in me a deep appreciation for preparing meals with care and creativity.

My perspective on cooking changed when a family member was diagnosed with diabetes. I was given the opportunity to prepare meals for a diabetic patient over the course of a month, and I witnessed remarkable improvements in their blood results. That experience reinforced the power of food in supporting health and wellness.

Through this platform, I aim to inspire and share ideas for creating wholesome, plant-based meals that not only nourish the body but also bring joy to the table. Thank you for your continued support as I embark on this journey.

Paksiw na Bangus

Bangus (milk fish)
Vinegar

Ginger
Green chillies
Salt
Black Pepper

Ampalaya
Eggplant
Mushroom seasoning

Put all ingredients and boil until bangus is tender. Lower down the heat and simmer. Adjust seasonings to taste desired.
