Great to MEAT up and BEEF up some Colorado relationships this week.

We had the pleasure of hosting the legendary voice of the Colorado Buffaloes, Mark Johnson, for a Centennial Cuts tasting and conversation around Colorado beef, ranching, and community.

A big thank you to Andrew Palmquist for hosting us at Number Thirty Eight, and to Chef Adam Branz for preparing an incredible lineup of Centennial Cuts beef for sampling.

And of course, appreciation to Luke Larson, Adam Larson, and Ledger Larson for representing the ranch and the next generation of Western heritage.

Good food. Good people. Good Colorado stories.

More to come.
