Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice — and the sacrifice carried by so many military families — is something we can never fully repay.

Living in Colorado Springs and being surrounded by such a strong military community makes that gratitude feel especially close to home.

Today is for remembrance, reflection, and honoring those who gave everything for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙

Finished up meal prep grocery shopping and decided I absolutely earned a mini happy hour 😄

I never got the chance to try last week’s Dirty Martini Dip… so naturally I made myself a Tito’s dirty martini to go with it. (A little extra dirty by accident lol… but honestly no complaints 🤣🫒)

And somehow the whole setup felt even more special served on this gorgeous resin tray made by The Teal Elephant using a few of the leftover flowers from our wedding 🥹💐💛 Such a fun way to preserve a little piece of the day and actually use it around the house.

Before I fully disappear into birthday celebrations, good food, and “Honeymoon 1.5” with my hubby 😄💛… here is next week’s Chef in Boots meal prep menu!

And yes… there are Birthday Cake Pancakes on the menu because obviously I had to make my birthday everybody else’s problem too 🤣🥞🎉

✈️💛 We made it!!! 💛✈️

A HUGE thank you to all my pickup customers today for coming early/on time so I could get home, grab my suitcase, and make the drive up to Denver for a mini vacation with my new hubby 🥹💍

We’re officially calling it “Honeymoon 1.5” 🤣💕

But really… it’s my birthday trip (May 19 🎂) because the usual spa day just was NOT going to cut it with how busy life and business have been lately 😅

Very excited for a couple days of relaxing, eating good food that I didn’t cook, and spending some quality time together 💛

And don’t worry — the new meal prep menu will still be dropping tomorrow (birthday Tuesday 😄) for pickup/delivery on Monday, May 25!

Just a quick heads up though: I’ll likely be slow (if at all) responding to messages and emails while away so I can fully unplug for a couple days ✨

Had some extra chicken caesar pasta salad left over from an event this weekend (don’t worry — it never actually went to the event and stayed safely stored in the commercial fridge the entire time 👩‍🍳).

So… who wants a super easy lunch or dinner situation for TOMORROW?! 😄

Available for pickup ONLY tomorrow (Sunday) from 12 PM – 4 PM so it stays ultra fresh since the romaine was mixed in today (Saturday)! 🥬✨

✨ Half Order (2–3 servings) — $12
✨ Full Order (4–6 servings) — $24

Unfortunately these do not come with the crouton topping, but honestly it’s still delicious without it — or you can throw on your favorite brand at home 😉

This is PERFECT for someone looking to make a little extra money each week. Deliveries are typically Monday afternoons/evenings around the Colorado Springs area, and I do my best to keep routes close to where you live whenever possible 🙌
