We wanted to send out this last post before the Colorado Restaurant & Bar Show, which will be held at the downtown Denver Convention Center this week on Tuesday, April 2nd, and Wednesday, April 3rd.

We will be sampling our line of Cold Brew Coffees, and we just launched Cappuccino and Mocha flavored Caramel popcorn. For the Cold Brew coffees, we will be sampling:

1) 10:1 Lite (100% Peru), Rich (100% Colombian) and Dark (100% Nicaraguan).

2) Our Cold Brew 11:1 Black Tea

3) Three different Nitro flavors: Bold, Lite, and Oat Milk Latte (flavored with Spiced Pumpkin - it is really good!)

4) Our Soft Serve Ice Cream flavored with our Lite Roast Cold Brew Coffee.

There will be no shortage of Caffeine in our booths!

Yippi-Ki-A is launching our new cold-brew coffee-based popcorn at the upcoming Colorado Restaurant and Bar show, April 2-3. Come see us in booths 116-118 at the Colorado Convention Center.

Initially we will be offering our "Coyote's Call Caramel Cappuccino" and "Muddy Paws Mocha." They are packaged in very attractive clear resealable bags - small (5 oz) and large (9 oz) sizes.

Our variations of coffee popcorn were made possible by the recently developed 44-1 cold brew concentrate - one of the primary ingredients. In order to make "hard crack" caramel, a very high concentration is necessary as it reduces the amount of water when making a coffee/caramel mix.

We also use pure honey in place of corn syrup, which gives a sweet and clean flavor. Both products contain some caffeine.

Our process allows to offer two great-tasting coffee-based popcorns for all your shop patrons.

Additionally, we'll soon be adding two new flavors: Pomegranate and Spiced Pumpkin Latte.
