We don’t usually share our personal business, but seeing people bashing us in food groups online and dropping nasty 1-star reviews for no reason... it’s time to speak on it. Whether it’s because we had to unexpectedly close (🚨always check our hours before pullin' up!🚨), or because we weren’t extra fake-friendly (we were just strictly about business, not rude, just focused), this is the FIRST and LAST time we’re addressing it because it’s PERSONAL DA F**K🤦🏾🤦🏾♀️💯‼️
S**T HAPPENS & WE ARE HUMAN ‼️💯
We are a SMALL BUSINESS📍💯So small it’s literally just me and my wife until we grow enough to hire team members for the long run. No big money bags backing us—just everything we had in our retirement savings to make something GREAT for you guys. We are a true, old-fashioned mom & pop joint and most days it’s just ME💯
Here’s the real: my wife blacked out and passed out right here at the shop a few weeks ago and had to be rushed off in an ambulance. Since then, those blackouts have been happening more frequently. And when they do, I WILL BE RIGHT THERE BY HER SIDE 🤵🏽♂️💪🏾💯‼️ Over the next few weeks, she’s undergoing medical treatments that take 6+ hours at a time. So if we’re late opening, have to unexpectedly close, or adjust our hours on the fly, please show some patience, understanding, and grace. We’re gonna get over this hump and keep bringing the BEST Chi-Town flavor for all to enjoy 🏙️💪🏾
We are just getting started, and a few bumps in the road ain't gonna stop our future or define our brand 💙

Quick reminder: Last order is taken 15 minutes before closing. We gotta stand firm on that right now, so please don’t pull up 15 minutes till closing time and get mad when we say we can't take the order 🤦🏾
