In 1994, just as the fledgling craft beer industry was starting to gather steam in Colorado, Mike and Amanda Bristol settled comfortably in the lap of Pikes Peak and started hand-brewing fresh, distinctive ales for the locals in Colorado Springs. Today, our beers are available on draught and in six packs, four packs, and bombers across the state. And Mike and Amanda have been joined by a cast of characters that make magic happen at Bristol every day. Collectively, we are a family of smart, friendly people who really love beer. We love the global tradition and history. We love the art and science of brewing. And the pure contentment of enjoying a pint at the end of the day. In 2013, we moved lock, stock, and barrel into a former elementary school, where we happily ignore school rules by brewing and serving beer in the classrooms, including our onsite pub. Built in 1916, the building’s hardwood floors and brick walls, former gym and student artwork radiate charm and a hip but super-friendly vibe.

🎶 It’s time to try defying gravity 🎶

Wicked is taking over the big screen tomorrow night! 💚 Join us in the Schoolyard at 6:30pm for Movies Under the Stars. Bring a chair, grab a blanket, and settle in. We’ll handle the b**r, popcorn, and enough sweets to satisfy all your candy cravings 🍿✨

Have you tried it yet? 🍊

Our World Peace Death Ray Grapefruit IPA gives a bright citrus aroma without tasting like a juice bomb. A dose of real grapefruit zest turns up the bitter grapefruit character for a lively, refreshing IPA with a friendly 5.5% ABV.

On draft at the pub or in 6-packs at liquor stores around town.

We did it, friends and neighbors🍻🪗🇩🇪 Thanks to you, our staff, and our sponsors for making our first-ever Oktoberfest so much fun!

We wanted to get as close as we could to a traditional Oktoberfest b**r tent, which to us really meant:
1) gathering at long community tables with friends and soon-to-be friends
2) Prost!-ing with our freshly brewed Festbier in giant liter steins (aka Maßkrug)
3) celebrating all together under one big tent.

We hope you had as much fun as we did. See you next year!🍺

The big tent wouldn’t have happened without our SPONSORS!
