I know I have not been on here in awhile. But the farm operation has be really busy. The older you get the longer it takes. This is my passion so I just plug along. The egg busniss is booming. But you have to candle the eggs then have to wash them and then put them in new cartons. And that is just on phase of the farm.

Today was a busy day, cleaned the Main chicken house. Got two pigs ready for BBQ for a company. And trimmed all the goats hoofs. Now its time to feed livestock and get ready to sit down and have some dinner.

Well it was a great day for me. Got the Birthday behind me. Now im back at the farm doing what I enjoy. Had to shorten up the Chives in the green house, suppose to have a hard freeze tonight. Got the livestock fed and water.

Today I butchered 35 meat chickens. It took a long time to complete the task. Then I heading to the Mountains to deliver duck and chicken eggs. I will be heading home shortly to start my livestock chores and milking the goats.

As winter slowly approaches Im getting hay put up and putting on new plastic on the green house/ As you age things take longer to do . But you enjoy what you do so it may take you a little longer . The food trailer is doing really well.

I just enjoy the farm life. Everything here is running smoothly. I do feel my age sneaking up. So I am getting a little slower doing my chores but that is how life is here.
The food trailer is doing OK I grow things here and then I sell them to the trailer. And this year we are going to have farm dinners here at the farm.
