It's been a crazy busy week for me. Round one of fruit processing for jams & Preserves started this week. Since Sunday, I've processed 120 pounds of Palisade Peaches and 120 pounds of Palisade Pears for jams & Preserves for the remaining Fountain Community Metcalfe Park Market fairs and the fall & Christmas craft fairs. Round two will happen mid September with another 120 to 160 pounds each of peaches & pears. Yes, it's allot of work but I've got to make sure I have enough for all of you. I've ran out several weeks of the market this year already and i do not want that to happen anymore. And I definitely don't want it to happen at the fall & Christmas markets.

To all my vendor fair clients, I'm sorry I missed you all last Saturday at the market. I also want to let everyone know that I will not be back to Fountain Community Metcalfe Park Market until Saturday, August 29th. I have been very very busy with my full time job, currently am on vacation and when I get back, I have to help my youngest daughter move out of state and I also have to go to Palisade and pick up fruit since you all keep running me out of my preserves. But I will be back Saturday, August 29th, and I'll also be at several fall fairs after this market season ends. I'll be sure to share those dates and locations with all of you. In the meantime, if you have something specific you would like me to make for Saturday, August 29th, just send me a message and I'll be happy to make it for.
Thank you all so much for continued support. And sorry my summer has been so crazy I have to miss so many weeks, but I'll be seeing you all on the 29th!

Tomorrow is the vendor fair at Fountain Community Metcalfe Park Market. You don't want to miss the new goodies I'm bringing.

Caramel Streusel Apple Pie cinnamon rolls (filled with cinnamon sugar & apple pie filling & topped with Streusel & cinnamon)

Blueberry cinnamon rolls (filled with cinnamon, sugar & blueberry filling & topped with vanilla cream frosting & blueberry filling)

Cherry cinnamon rolls (filled with cinnamon, sugar, & cherry filling & topped with vanilla cream frosting & cherry filling)

And I'll have the usual variety of Banana breads, lemon bread, Streusel apple pie bread, strawberry cheesecake bread, & zucchini bread.

Plus four different kinds of 4 & 1/2 inch cookies $1.50 each or 6 for $7.50
Mix and match cookies with cake pops 6 for $7.50

And a few other goodies along with fully restocked Jams & Preserves!

I want to Thank all of my Fountain Community Metcalfe Park Market patrons. You all have been keeping me extremely busy. Last week I had to make 7 cases of preserves because you all wiped me out of so many. And last Saturday you did the same. I've been busy replenishing preserves again. So far this week, 4 new cases of flavors i ran out of last Saturday and I still have a few more to make. And, my new Apricot Cherry was a hit. Not much left of that one either!. Thank you all again. And as long as you keep wanting them, I'll keep making them. I also have been working diligently making cake pops as you all wiped me out of them last Saturday as well. I will have everything fully restocked by this Saturday. Come on by and check out some new cookie flavors and other desserts I will have.

Tomorrow is Fountain Community Metcalf Park Market from 8am till 2pm. I'll be there with a limited number of Father's Day treats to include special decorated brownies and double layered decorated cakes. So stop on by and get your Father's Day treat early before they run out. And I also will have Dragon Fruit Jam as my new addition to my Preserves & Jams. That's right, Dragon Fruit Jam is back!
