Meet Meredith — a gentle little companion with a playful side.
Meredith is a 4-year-old Shih Tzu weighing 10.5 pounds. She’s sweet, friendly, and enjoys the simple pleasures in life — especially treats and spending time playing with her favorite toys.
She gets along well with other dogs and could do nicely in a home with a canine friend. In a new environment, Meredith may take a little time to warm up, but with patience and the right people by her side, her personality will begin to shine through.
Meredith is heartworm positive, but she has already received treatment. She may require continued care after adoption, and our team will be happy to provide guidance so you feel prepared to support her needs.
To ensure the best match, a meet and greet at our shelter is required for all potential adopters. This helps make sure Meredith and her future family are a great fit for each other.
If you’re looking for a kind, affectionate dog who will blossom in a loving home, Meredith may be the perfect addition to your family.
