Excited to be able to provide one of the ingredients for the absolutely 🤤 DELICIOUS Watermelon summer salad that Chef Katie Fisco (Katie Fisco) prepared at the Backyard Market Chef Demo yesterday!

The salad consisted of local farmers market ingredients like sweet juicy watermelon, heirloom tomatoes, honey, hydroponic lettuce, crumbly cheese and herbs! And of course topped with minced Sweet Radish Kimchi! 😉
Seriously SO GOOD!

💚 NEW PRODUCT DROP! 💚

Our Korean Kraut aka Baek-Kimchi aka White Kimchi is a subtle refreshing twist on the fiery red Classic Napa Kimchi!
Similar to sauerkraut, it's ZERO heat but still full of flavor. Like our other fermented kimchi products it will continue to develop a more complex and delicious taste over time.
