Hello everyone. I am looking for a charcuterie board artist in the Colorado Springs area to make a board featuring my product. The chosen board will be used as a prop in a local TV segment in June. Try this mouth-watering recipe, and share your thoughts in the comments.

**Ingredients:**

- 1/2 cup chopped Olives So Divine
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/3 cup Olives So Divine oil
- 25-30 cremini mushrooms

**Directions:**

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a bowl, combine the chopped Olives So Divine, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, parsley, and thyme, along with 2 tablespoons of oil.

3. Spoon the filling into the mushroom caps, arranging them stuffed side up on a prepared baking sheet.

4. Add Olives So Divine's artichoke and cheese mix over the mushrooms and bake for 20 minutes.

For the crispiest roasted Brussels sprouts, toss halved sprouts with Olives So Divine oil, salt, and pepper, then roast at 400°F–450°F, cut-side down, for 15–30 minutes until deeply browned. Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure they roast instead of steam, creating a caramelised, tender result.

Toss with 2 tbsp of Olive So Olives So Divine 's oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and black pepper. Roast at 425°F for 20-25 minutes.
Extra Crispy: Roast at 475°F for 15-20 minutes.
