Colton Cook Shack will be back soon. Opening early 2022 for Smoked Teriyaki and Our Lumpia. We will keep you updated as we get closer!!!! Remodeling the current cart for faster service and expanding our menu!

We would like to thank the community for a great season at the Colton Cook Shack! We had a great time here and at the Buckeroo, will be closed for the rest of the summer to focus on the kiddos and family time. Thanks again we will open next year if not sooner!!!

We will be closed June 29-30 as we are preparing for the Molalla Buckeroo, we will be there JULY 1st -4th hope to see you all there!!

Due to multiple inquiries...Summer is Coming! Let the Colton Cook Shack Provide the Meat for your special day and make your occasion easy!! PM for a quote. Graduations, Potlucks, Family Reunions we can Smoke up to 30 racks of ribs or 200 pounds of pulled Pork and pass it right out the window of our cart! PM for price and details ( prices depend on quantities needed). Teriyaki Chicken, Adobo, Macaroni Salad or any of our menu items even rice and Lumpia. In order to meet the requirements of the Clackamas County Health Department and our license agreement all items must be picked up through the window of our cart we cannot deliver. Also for large orders and events our hours are flexible. Thank you!
