The Fir Farm is located in Colts Neck, NJ and has been a Christmas Tree Farm for over 40yrs. We are dedicated to growing our crops organically and using sustainable farming practices. We began growing NJ Hops in early 2015. We started Beekeeping in 2016 and our Raw FirFarmHoney is absolutely delicious! We planted Grape vines in 2020 to complement our wild varieties.
