Four JG's Winery & Vineyards is located in Central New Jersey in a historic farming area. The winery is named after the four owners, John and Janet Giunco and their two children, John (who most know as "Bert") and Jill. The Giunco family has farmed in Monmouth County for over 60 years. Four JG's seek to grow quality

fruit and make the highest quality wine. The estate produces wines that are bold in character and rich in fruit. Founded in 1999, Four JG's Orchards & Vineyards is located on a farm with barns and houses that date back to the early 1700's. Four JG's attention to good farming practices and careful selection of rootstock that grow well in the soils of Monmouth County has already produced many award winning wines. Careful adherence to the modern techniques of wine growing is being employed at Four JG's. From winter pruning to fall harvest, the vineyard is closely monitored and constantly maintained to guarantee the wine grapes are exposed to the best combination of hand crafting, sunlight, and water. Four JG's winemakers follow a simple philosophy that only the best grapes grown on their farm are selected to go into the bottle.

Central New Jersey—often called the “Crossroads of the American Revolution”—is the perfect backdrop for a wine trail that blends modern viticulture with the grit and glory of 1776. As we celebrate the nation’s Semiquincentennial (250th Anniversary) in 2026, this curated trail invites you to sip through the same landscapes where George Washington once marched.

4JG’s will participate with four additional wineries between the weekends of June 20th and July 24th. Guests who visit each of the five wineries during that time will be gifted a commemorative T-shirt as well as tasting the literal fruit of the land that soldiers fought to defend.

This farm has been active for over 300 years. It is located on the “road to the Revolution,” near the site of the Battle of Monmouth.

So on your way to the Monmouth Battlefield or following the retreat of the British Army to Sandy Hook, participate in a Liquid History Lesson….and just like Molly Pitcher quench your summer thirst!

Looking for the perfect Father’s Day plan? We’re firing up the grill and keeping things delightfully casual. Round up the family, and join us for Pops, Picnics, & Patriot wine!!

4JG’s has a great picnic area or tastings are conducted in the 18th century farmhouse if the weather doesn’t cooperate. Either way, join us for a refreshing wine tasting or frozen frappe. Don’t like hot dogs?, bring your own picnic or buy one of our delicious cheese trays. Sip, Relax and Enjoy! Live Music Saturday and Sunday.

As an alternative, come by 4JG’s for a tasting and hot dog, and then move on to one of the wineries participating in the Crossroads of the American Revolution wine trail. So if Dad is a history buff, visit the wineries and stop in Monmouth Battlefield park for their 2026 Battle of Monmouth Reenactment!

The vines have pushed out the 2026 vintage! The season is officially started at 4JGs Winery. Let’s hope for warm weather and sunshine! The tasting room is finishing up some new touches and ready for grand reopening on Saturday May 2, 2026. A free first pour for everyone joining us that day! Live music or take a walk in the newly sprouted vineyard. 12-5pm.
