We have had some changes at the farm this spring. Farmer Lil is doing well and intends to continue to raise our delicious grass fed grass finished beef, lamb and our non gmo pastured pork. As with any life changing event, we will be making changes to our operation. At this time, we are taking meat orders at the farm by appointment. We will NOT be at the Whitley County Farmers Market or at the Roanoke Farmers Markets at this time. Please continue to monitor our page for future updates!

It' that time of the year again! As Christmas and New Years are rapidly approaching we would like to remind you that we have non gmo pastured half hams and grass fed grass finished leg of lamb available for your holiday feast. Hams are 8-10 lbs avg and are $6/lb. Leg of Lamb are 5-8 lbs and are $12/lb. We also have an excellent selection of other pork and lamb cuts if you desire something else! Orders can be picked up at the farm or we can make other arrangements ( we deliver at our convenience). We appreciate you supporting local businesses! We have a quarter beef available,first come first served. Our 1/4's are split halves, which allows for each quarter to have all the cuts of beef. You instruct the processor how you want the quarter of beef cut and packaged. Price is $7.50/lb cold hanging weight. Price includes processing, packaging and beef. 1/4 will yield approximately 125-150 lbs and is approximately the volume of two banana boxes . We require a $350 deposit which will be deducted from total cost. Processing date is 12/15/2025. Makes a fabulous gift! Msg with any questions.
