Pretty sure this legendary, beautiful Tobiano stallion rolled over in his grave today….. Breeding beautiful quality, Tobiano show horses was our life’s dream. We knew this was probably exactly where the direction of APHA was going just a few years ago…. which led to our decision to call it quits in the breeding barn. Our our hearts are broken for the true paint breeders still out there…We will forever love “true” paint horses. , 💔😔💔

We are beyond excited for him to have a wonderful home and future with her❤️🐴❤️ He will be standing at Richland Ranch in IL for the 2024 breeding season. Our hearts are broken but we are so grateful for all the people who loved Special and built his legacy into memories that will last a lifetime❤️

The 1998 bay Tobiano Stallion, out of Ribbon In My Hair (by Scotch Bar Tommy), became an influential and highly visible Multiple World and Reserve Champion Sire for Yarnelle Farms of Fort Wayne, Indiana, earning the Number 2 and Number 3 spot on the APHA Leading Sires List several times.
