Looking for a new dinner idea that includes local beef? Try Aunt Judy’s buffalo burgers made with ground beef from our family farm! 🍔🔥

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (Available at at Pretty Cow)
1/4 onion
1/3 cup hot sauce
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
Farm dust seasoning (Available at at Pretty Cow)

Combine beef, onion, hot sauce, farm dust seasoning and blue cheese. Grill patties and assemble on a bun with toppings of your choice!

🍂 Fall is officially in the air at Pretty Cow Creamery! 🎃

We have plenty of fall favorites available in the store, such as Landon’s pumpkins, pumpkin spice pancake mix, apple cinnamon pancake mix, maple syrup from the farm, and more.

If you’re planning a cozy fall dinner, we have beef chuck roast, sirloin tip roasts, stew meat, and roast seasoning mix ready to make an easy crockpot meal! 🥩🍁

But there’s something else exciting happening behind the scenes… Billy was back today to test the milk for the first time since we sold the milking herd! 🥛🐄

This is an important step as we continue getting everything ready to bottle our own milk. There’s still work to be done, but we’re making progress!
