Good morning everyone! I apologize that I have been incognito lately! But here are some of my latest creations! I've been really working on my lamination skills in making fresh croissants, danishes and other pastries. It usually takes me 2 days to complete a batch but the taste and freshness is incomparable to commercially produced croissants!
