That crispy noodle shrimp had the kind of crunch you don’t forget and those drunken noodles were rich and balanced. Not to mention the perfect finish with the mango sticky rice
I travel back and forth to Long Island all of the time and this spot is right on the way and will be a MUST STOP at on my road trips. This is one of those spots that won’t stay under the radar for long so try it out before it blows up 🔥🥘
