Our St. Louis Sales Representative has just returned from a 9 day Residency with .murzielaga.mezcal in San Diego la Mesa Tochimiltzingo!

Zinacantan was co-founded by .la.polita and and they are one of the most important projects in traditional mezcal today. These incredible women devote their time and resources to ecological restoration, growing incredible endemic organic agaves, and of course the production of traditional mezcal.

The production season at this fabrica in Puebla is in a short window, with agaves only harvested at the peak of sweetness. This short production season leads to long production days and intensive work for a small yield of some of the tastiest juice on Earth. "Our Still Strength Blanco (54% ABV) was placed in a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, first-fill French Oak casks. It was aged for 82 days and then bottled at 50% ABV or 100 proof.

This is a limited edition. This is the only batch that will be made this year."
