All four of the original group of steers for April sold out, we but have another half spoken for...

Can't process 1/2 a steer! So the decision to add a 5th must be made by Sunday evening.

If you're interested let me know -

Be ready for pickup at the farm afternoon of April 24th.

Tennessee Brisket Chili WAS A HIT! Small Changes this time - My full recipe text is in the first comment if you'd like to try it. AND not only was the Running Rock Farm TN Brisket Chili a HIT - But We beat Bama - so hey!
