We were inspired by Pepe DaGreat first ever Soul Food Bundt Cake.

It looked amazing so we decided to try it.

When it was time to unmold it we noticed the top of the “cake” was liquid. We realized we did not drain enough liquid from the pot roast or we should have kept it in the oven longer.

Nonetheless we decided to pivot and turned it into the Spry’s Durty Kitchen Soul Huggin Pie. We used the gravy from the pot roast to put on top.

✝️Our scholars will also be leading in worship with special song tributes in memory of Mr. Raekwon Cave.
✝️The Koinonia Gospel Choir will be singing for the 1st time!
✝️Rev. Jeremy Franklin will bring our Good News message!
✝️The service will conclude with a dove release ceremony. 🕊️
