After 25 years in the cattle industry, Mark Mahnken brings 3 generations of cattle feeding knowledge to your dinner table with the inception of Missouri Legacy Beef, a free range, all-natural beef program utilizing the best genetics available. According to the program specifications, calves are kept on grass, free-ranged and fed a balanced, low-starch, high-fiber and antibiotic-free ration on the

farm. All production practices are verifiable and monitored by Mark. At just the right time of finish, animals are selected for harvest, which are processed by a USDA-inspected, state-of-the-art and local Missouri processor.

Representing Missouri Beef Industry Council - Andi Wilson 🥩

Andi and her husband, Dallas, alongside kids Faith (25), Claire (11), James (9), Laine (6), and Edie (4), raise cattle 50 miles outside of St. Louis near Dittmer, Missouri. Each day Andi feeds and monitors the family’s cow-calf herd, checking for new calves in season. The family farm also includes a beef backgrounding program, managed by Andi’s father-in-law. While Andi and her father-in-law work to keep the farm running smoothly, doing some daily work together, her husband Dallas is the proprietor of Wilson Veterinary Services.
