ChatGPT took the words right out of our mouth but they didn’t mention upfront that we will be CLOSED today, Friday, September 25th. Here’s why:

1,100 cheeseburgers. 500 hot dogs. One very busy kitchen. 😂🍔🌭

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at what goes into catering a BIG event!
Catering has become a huge part of our business, and we couldn’t be more thankful for that. But when an order involves 1,100 cheeseburgers and 500 hot dogs, it takes a little more than just firing up the grill. There’s a LOT of prep, cooking, packing, coordinating, and timing involved to make sure everything is ready, hot, fresh, and delivered when it needs to be.

Sometimes, that means we have to close our restaurant during regular business hours so our entire team can focus on pulling off an event of this size. It’s not something we take lightly, and we know it can be an inconvenience for our regular restaurant customers.

That’s why we want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all of you for your continued support and understanding. ❤️ Your patience allows us to take on opportunities like this and continue growing our catering business.

And a special THANK YOU to Veterans United for having us! 🇺🇸 We are honored to be a part of your event and love feeding such a BIG crowd!

So, if you drove by and wondered why we were closed… now you know. 😂
1,600 hot meals don’t make themselves!

We appreciate every single one of you who supports us — whether you stop in for one burger or trust us to feed 1,600 people. Thank you! ❤️
