I’ve been posting my Roosters lately. Here are a couple of my young Welsummer cockerels that I’m growing out. They have a couple more months to go before I decide who will be “Top Dog”.

Our beautiful Pita Pinta Negra
The squirrels were partying on the porch!!
First time out of the coop!!!
It’s always fun to watch the youngin’s first time out to do a little free ranging. 😊😊
These are my “Ginger Snap” girls (and boys I guess). They are a hybrid specialty. They will lay green eggs. The girls are a beautiful ginger color (the white ones you see are boys), which means I can sex them at hatch. They also have a sweet little poof on top of their heads. 😊😊
I can’t wait to see what their eggs do look like. Hopefully by the end of January we will know.
I’d say she’s taunting her sister. Up until 11 days ago they were in the same coop. We’ve moved some girls around for now. I only let one of the coops out to free range at a time.
The squirrels have been partying on the front porch!!!🤣🤣🤣
Their first adventure in the outside world!!! 💕💕💕
Time for dinner!!!!
Rib gets excited when he sees the barn. He knows that’s where dinner is served.
Mama and baby are on opposite sides of our fence.
This was our view at 2:30pm the other day from our backyard.
We let Rib out of the barn for the first time the other day. A big new world out there.
