TRAEGER GAME DAY DIP
We cooked up this dip entirely on the Ironwood 885 and Flatrock, seasoned to perfection with Dia de La Fajita.
Here was the play-by-play:
1. Browned ground beef on the Flatrock and hit it with a heavy dose of Dia de La Fajita for that smoky, Tex-Mex punch.
2. Transferred to cast iron and stirred in can of Hot with one cup of , letting that flavor simmer low and slow on the Ironwood 885, Super Smoked at 225 for 30 min.
3. Mixed in cream cheese, sour cream, and a melty blend of cheddar and Monterey Jack, and back on the Traeger for 45 minutes until smooth and melted. Topped with diced jalapeños.
Serve straight from the cast iron!
