We get it, you think you aren’t experienced enough to be using cuttlefish ink in your cooking. But it’s versatile enough to add a smooth and salty kick to so many dishes! Obviously, squid ink pasta is the classic, but here are some other ways to include it:
- Whip it into an aioli or pretty much any sauce
- Add it to pizza dough
- Pair with Arborio rice
- Bake it into bread dough
As with most things, you can utilize this ingredient wherever feels fun to you! Just know, a little goes a long way - so start small and then add more as you feel led.
