We’ve got all things steak: flank, bavette, Denver, NY strip, ribeye, and filet. All things smoked: wing, brisket, pulled pork, ribs, sausages, and tri tip. Specialty meats: fresh and dry aged porterhouse and t-bone, dry aged bone in NY strip, cowboy ribeyes, beef short rib, and beef baby back ribs. We are open regular business hours Friday and Saturday, and OPEN MONDAY 10 to 3!
