WOW. TWO WEEKS. AND ALL WE CAN SAY IS THANK YOU! 🌮
The amount of love and support Taco De Theory has received in just our first TWO weeks of being open has been nothing short of AMAZING!
We are truly blessed and overwhelmed with gratitude. To the downtown businesses that have stopped by to show love, sent gifts, offered words of encouragement, or even rolled up their sleeves to lend a helping hand, THANK YOU! You have no idea how much it means to us to have a community that not only supports us but genuinely sees the vision.
Because the vision has ALWAYS been bigger than just tacos and drinks.
We wanted to create something different. A place where people could walk through the doors and immediately feel welcomed. A place where everybody belongs. And in just two weeks, we’ve watched that vision come to life.
We’ve welcomed families big and small, hosted business meetings, watched college students pull out their laptops to study while enjoying the atmosphere, and turned around and watched that same space fill with music, laughter, dancing, and good vibes!
Different people. Different backgrounds. Different reasons for coming. But somehow, everybody finds a little piece of HOME right here at Taco De Theory. 🧡
THAT is what it’s all about. None of that other stuff,
We’re not just building a restaurant. We’re building community, creating memories, bringing people together, and adding something special to the heart of Downtown Columbia.
To every person who has walked through our doors, shared a post, told a friend, prayed for us, supported us, or simply believed in what we’re trying to create … we see you, we appreciate you, and we thank God for you!
And the beautiful thing about it all?
WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED!
With so much love and gratitude,
The Taco De Theory Family 🧡

More than tacos. More than drinks.
It’s a whole experience.
