We’ll be hosting a Sandwich Pop-Up at Hidden Gem Farmers Market this Thursday from 4:00–7:00 PM, featuring our handcrafted, freshly baked laminated croissants.

Classics
• Chicken Salad Croissant – House-made chicken salad with fresh arugula and tomatoes.
• Ham & Cheese Croissant – Ham, Gruyère cheese, and herbed mayo.

Specials
• BLT Croissant – crispy pork Belly, Lettuce , Tomatoes, pickled red onions, and garlic aioli.
• Pressed Avocado Croissant – A panini-pressed croissant topped with fresh avocado, confit baby tomatoes, pickled onions, arugula, feta cheese, and everything bagel seasoning.

Something Sweet
• Croissant Bread Pudding – Made with our day-old croissants and served with warm sticky toffee sauce.

Meet the B.L.T. — Belly, Lettuce & Tomato.

We’re layering crispy, juicy Lechon Belly, lettuce, tomatoes, garlic aioli, and pickled onions to balance everything out, all tucked inside of our buttery, handcrafted croissants.

📍 Available starting on 06/04 then every other Thursday after that.

We’re taking a big step and leveling up our game into something even bigger and more exciting than ever. After consistently selling out at every market we’ve joined, we’re so excited to announce that , Soon, in collaboration with The Hidden Gem Kitchen at Hidden Gem Farmers Market we’ll be serving handcrafted CROISSANT SANDWICHES made with our signature manually laminated croissants 🥪🥐

Between me and my husband Zack, we have over 25 years of combined culinary experience, and we’re beyond excited to finally bring more of that passion, skill, and love for food straight to our community. Every croissant we use is made from a recipe and process I personally developed and worked for countless hours so this is very big and special for me🤍

This is just the beginning of a new chapter for us, and we truly can’t wait for you all to experience what we’ve been quietly working on behind the scenes 👀🔥
