I got bored today… so this happened.

Fried Seafood Stuffed Oysters.

Yep. We took an oyster, stuffed it with seafood, seasoned it, breaded it, and dropped the whole thing in the fryer.

Crispy on the outside. Seafood packed inside. Served with lemon and our house sauces.

Sometimes being bored in the kitchen gets dangerous.

Now the real question is… should these make it onto the Trinity Kitchen menu?
