🥓 Lots of people have asked for it 🥓

So our friends at 3D Meats made a small batch of Bison BACON for us to try.

We must say it was rather delicious on our Farmers Market BLTs, with fresh sourdough, homegrown tomatoes, garden lettuce, and micrgreens.

Who would love to see Bison Bacon added to our product list? 🙋‍♀️

🌾 It’s hard to complain about a day’s work when it comes with a view like this. 🌾

We finished up our first cutting of hay just before the storms rolled in on Friday 🌧️

Hay season is a labor of love—one field, one bale, one long, hot day at a time. We’re thankful for the privilege of tending this land and caring for the animals God has entrusted to us.
