Rolling Meadows Farm Locally born and raised fresh beef and pork. This farm has been in my wife's family for generations. This next year is bound to be full of new milestones.

Just over a year ago, we were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to purchase the farm. Since then, we have been working hard to maintain the buildings and build our herd of registered Brown Swiss cattle. Just in the past 6 months, I have added sheep to the pasture, started doing some custom hay work, and increased the number of broilers we raise to butcher. We are looking forward to the new challenges, and we thank all of you that have already purchased some of our farm raised beef, pork, chicken, or lamb.
