Meet our NEWEST bull calf ‘Taz’ born this morning…just a day shy of Mother’s Day! He came quickly & was up right away, moving around & ready to nurse from mama…thus the name ‘Taz’ (short for Tasmanian Devil😉) He’s a cutie & going to get LOTS of LOVE here at our farm!🥰

An oldie but a goodie here at the Stewart house! If you’re looking for a QUICK, DELICIOUS dinner, try Beef Cubes & Noodles!😋

Combine the following in a crockpot:

✅ 4 packs of our Burbick Farms Beef Cubes
✅ 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
✅ 2 packets of Dried Onion Soup
✅ 1-2 Beef Bouillon Cubes dissolved in 1/2 cup water
✅ Minced Garlic (the more the merrier here!)
✅ Baby Bella Mushrooms
✅ 1 Onion sliced

Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4, then serve over butter noodles! (Tonight I gave homemade noodles a try, so I’m including the recipe in pics😉👍 They were thick & hardy-yum!)

Beef Cubes & Noodles is a family FAVORITE & an easy ‘go-to’ when I need something quick that everyone will enjoy!

Stop on out any Thursday 3-6 pm or Saturday 10-4 to pick up some Beef Cubes!

Looking for something DIFFERENT & DELICIOUS for lunch & dinner? Created a new dish tonight with our Burbick Farms Ground Lamb & Sweet Italian Sausage & it turned out REALLY GOOD! It’s my version of the popular homemade Crunchwrap Supreme…but GREEK Gyro style!🤪🌮

Instead of using ground beef & taco toppings, I used Ground Lamb & Sweet Italian Sausage (cooked up with some garlic & lemon juice) as the base. Place a good amount of cooked meat inside a LARGE soft, flour tortilla on the griddle/pan, then top with everything you’d normally put on a Greek gyro-diced tomatoes, sliced red onions, Kalamata olives, sliced cucumbers, Feta cheese, lettuce & Tzatziki sauce! Place a mini flour tortilla on top of all the toppings, then fold the sides of the larger tortilla over the smaller one. Heat on both sides till preferred ‘crunchiness’ and ENJOY! It was SO YUMMY & the whole family enjoyed!😋

Only recommendation…have napkins ready as it is a little messy to eat! (But that might’ve been because I stuffed it so much!😜)

You can stop by any Thursday 3-6 or Saturday 10-4 to pick up Ground Lamb & Sweet Italian Sausage and here’s the recipe I used for Tzatziki sauce😉

Ingredients
• ½ cup finely grated cucumber
• 1 cup thick whole milk Greek yogurt
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• ½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, grated
• ¼ teaspoon sea salt
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
