Courser Deer Processing and Taxidermy Courser Deer Processing provides the best custom, hand-cut deer processing in the Lapeer area! We fully bone out every cut according to your request.

We provide custom, hand-cut deer processing of the highest quality! A "typical" cut would include loin, tenderloin, tip, and round steaks, plus burger and 1-2 roasts depending on the size of your deer; however, you are welcome to tell us exactly what you want, including package size. We are NOT a factory-style high-volume processing facility. We make sure that you always receive your OWN meat, and that you get ALL of your meat.

**smoked options are done in large batches and is not customer specific meat**

Dan Sr. is a butcher by trade for over 50 years, and Dan Jr. has over 25 years of experience in the meat room as well. We also offer TAXIDERMY services! Message us for more information - we offer shoulder mounts and European mounts! Thanks for visiting Courser Deer Processing on Facebook. If you have any questions or would like to bring us a deer, please contact us via Facebook or call (810)510-0150. We hope to see you in person very soon!
